E-Verify Overview

E-Verify is a free, Internet-based system that allows an employer, using information from an employee’s Form I-9, to determine the eligibility of that employee to work in the United States. The free overview will provide details on (1) How the E-Verify Program works (2) What employees can do when faced with a data mismatch (3) Important information regarding the protection of employee rights (4) Q&A.
